President Donald Trump has reportedly been preparing an executive order to abolish the U.S. Department of Education, but is it really that simple?
As The Center Square previously reported, many of Trump’s executive orders are not enough, and won’t last, unless Congress gets involved.
David Randall, director of research at the National Association of Scholars, told The Center Square that the Education Department has become so large it will take years to uproot it.
