Tit For “Tat” On Democrat Hypocrisy

Look out, but once again, the Democrats’ hypocrisy is showing. Dems have one straightforward narcissistic rule that they follow to the letter: “Rules are for Thee, but not for Me.”

Not long ago, Senators Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Tammy Duckworth of Illinois condemned Pete Hegseth for his tattoos. One of his tattoos features a Jerusalem cross, while another displays the Latin phrase “Deus Vult,” meaning “God wills it.” Both of these symbols are associated with the Crusades and ancient Christian imagery.

During Hegseth’s confirmation hearings, Warren, who for years claimed she was a Native American, until DNA proved her to be a liar, sent him an extensive letter, in which, among other issues, she expressed concern about his “Deus Vult” tattoo.

“You were also removed from President Biden’s inauguration because of concerns that you were an insider threat after reports that your ‘Deus Vult’ tattoo’ was a Christian expression associated with right-wing extremism.’ We cannot have a Defense Secretary whose fellow servicemembers feel concerned enough about to report as a potential insider threat.”

Of course, this was totally ridiculous. Although a few far-right groups have commandeered the phrase, “Deus Vult” is simply a Latin phrase meaning “God wills it.” Historically, it was used as a rallying cry by Christian Crusaders in the 11th century. In modern times, it has been adopted by various groups, including some Christian organizations, as a statement of God’s divine purpose.

But that wasn’t the end of it. During a hearing in June, Duckworth went off script on another bizarre tangent and accused Hegseth of “blowing through money like my fellow cadets and I did in our first liberty after basic camp. Luckily, I didn’t end up with a questionable tattoo.”

Well, Well, Well. Isn’t it strange that after raising hell about Hegseth’s Christian tattoos, you can now hear a pin drop on the Democrat side of the aisle concerning one of their candidates who is sporting a Nazi tattoo?

Graham Platner is the Democrats’ choice to run against Rhino Senator Susan Collins in Maine. Backed by Bernie Sanders, Platner now presents a real problem for Democrats. It seems he also has a tattoo, only his was a skull-and-crossbones image. The symbol is known as the Totenkopf (German for “death’s head”) and was used by the Nazi SS.

The tattoo is described as depicting a silver ring embossed with a symbol awarded to certain members of the SS and the Old Guard. This description is part of a larger account of the ring.

Each recipient of the ring was presented with a citation that read:

“I award you the SS Death’s Head Ring. This ring symbolizes our loyalty to the Führer, our steadfast obedience, and our brotherhood and camaraderie. The Death’s Head serves as a reminder that we should be ready at any moment to lay down our lives for the good of the Germanic people. The runes opposite the Death’s Head represent symbols from our past, reflecting the prosperity that we will restore through National Socialism.”

This month, a video of Platner dancing shirtless circulated, prompting his campaign to confront his associations with the Nazi imagery. The Anti-Defamation League confirmed the symbol’s connection to the SS division responsible for war crimes.

Remember, Democrats’ favorite names to call conservatives are Nazis and fascists, but there are crickets from them regarding this dumpster fire. The uproar caused Platner to take drastic measures, and since being exposed, he has covered the tattoo.

In an Instagram video, he stated:

“I have lived a life dedicated to antifascism, antiracism, and anti-Nazism. I think that racism and antisemitism are a long scourge on our society and a long scourge on our politics. I think it has no place in our world. For that reason, I have gotten it covered up,” lifting his shirt to reveal his new design of a Celtic knot with dogs, “because my wife Amy and I have two wonderful dogs that we love a lot.”

“This far more represents who I am now than even the skull and crossbones did, which I thought that it was.”

“This has come up because the establishment is trying to throw everything it can at me. It is terrified of what we are trying to build here.”

Actually, he’s right, but not for the righteous deluded reasons he believes. His rhetoric sounds good, but it’s his actions that terrify rational people. Platner was a member of a radical left-wing group whose members have been associated with a series of attacks. This includes an assault on an ICE facility that was labeled a terrorist attack this month as part of a crackdown on Antifa.

CNN reported that Platner had called himself a “communist” in posts on the Reddit forum r/SocialistRA, where he wrote that if people “expect to fight fascism without a good semi-automatic rifle, they ought to do some reading of history.”

The forum name refers to the Socialist Rifle Association, a group whose members have been repeatedly linked to violent political crimes.

So, in addition to their old and worn-out crew, the Democrats are offering up Mamdani, a socialist in New York, Platner, who was cruising around with a Nazi tattoo until he was caught, and another Schumer favorite, Mikie Sherrill, the Democrat nominee for New Jersey governor, who is battling allegations over a military academy cheating scandal. She also faced a congressional ethics complaint in 2021 for accusing a fellow lawmaker of allegations later disproven by the Capitol Police. Throw in the apathetic, yet arrogant Abigail Spanberger and the psychotic Katie Porter, and you have yourself a full-house of far-left Democrat losers.

Despite the obvious problems with all of these candidates, Democrats never seem to catch on. American values mean nothing to them, something the entire country needs to remember on election day.
