Democrats’ Hatred Of Trump Dangerously Enters The Medical Field
Imagine being hurt, arriving at a hospital, and either having people refusing to treat you or doing so with such obvious animosity that you know that the level of care you do get is not the person’s best, because they disagree with your political views.
Just days ago, NY City detectives received questionable treatment because the emergency room personnel thought that they might be ICE agents. The NYC Detectives’ Endowment Association posted this statement on X describing the incident.
“Last week, two NYPD Detectives were mistreated while seeking medical attention at NYU Langone – Cobble Hill Emergency Room after being injured on duty during the arrest of a violent perpetrator. Upon arrival, they were met with rudeness, disrespect, and a lack of basic professional courtesy by hospital administrators.”
“It is an outrage that any NYPD Detective injured in the line of duty should have to worry about being treated at any hospital in the city they protect. As nurses across the city strike over issues like workplace safety, treating Detectives poorly is not how to make hospitals safer.”
“No one, especially Detectives injured in the line of duty, should face such treatment. The DEA is investigating this matter and will pursue all available remedies to ensure our members are treated with the dignity and respect they have earned.”
The NYPD released this statement:
“The three cops arrived at the hospital after the suspect scuffled and spat on them during a narcotics investigation by cops in Brooklyn North on Friday.
When they arrived at the Cobble Hill emergency room, the detectives were told they could not go into the ER with their service weapons, so one of the cops agreed to hold the gun while his partner was treated.”
“However, hospital staff approached the second detective in the waiting room and told him he had to leave because he was armed, causing enough of a stir that the cop being treated intervened.”
“And then at that point, the two detectives heard members of the hospital staff say something to the effect of believing they were ICE and that they should be cared for elsewhere.”
According to one source that was familiar and angry over the incident:
“The Hospital staff were nasty to the officers in the waiting room, accused them of being ICE, and suggested they go elsewhere.”
The hospital has since apologized to the Police Commissioner and has also released a statement.
“Representatives from the hospital apologized to Commissioner Tisch and the NYPD and said hospital staff had a misunderstanding of their policy. Commissioner Tisch asked that all hospital staff be retrained to ensure that this type of incident never happens again.”
In a statement to Fox News Digital, the hospital explained that during their discussion with Tisch, they relayed.
“Our regret for how the situation was handled and reaffirmed our commitment to continue providing the highest quality care to the New York Police Department and all law enforcement agencies.”
The hospital added that, in 2025, NYU Langone provided care to nearly 1,000 NYPD officers.
“We provided care to the injured officer who was asked to temporarily secure his weapon, as per our policy. The other two officers were allowed to keep their weapons. NYU Langone always values the opportunity to provide care to members of law enforcement.”
It’s easy to apologize after the officers were mistreated. In cases like this, the offending parties always seem to follow the adage that “It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission.”
Despite Commissioner Tisch’s gracious request that no one lose their job, the hospital should immediately fire everyone involved. The hospital does not set police policy, and the police should not set hospital policy. Those involved acted irresponsibly, and they need to go now.
In another disgusting, vile example of a so-called professional acting like a self-righteous animal, a labor and delivery nurse at Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital lost her job after a TikTok video emerged in which she made graphic and violent comments about White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, who recently announced her pregnancy.
The video was posted by a woman named Alexis “Lexie” Lawler. In the video, Lawler, wearing a classless “Trump Sucks” T-shirt, expresses that it “gives her great joy” to wish for Leavitt to experience a fourth-degree tear during childbirth. This type of tear is the most severe and is described using explicit and profane language.
Fourth-degree tears extend through the muscle and tissue to the anal sphincter and can lead to long-term or permanent medical complications.
Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer stated Thursday night that he reached out to hospital leadership shortly after learning about the video.
“I was in touch with hospital leadership as soon as I learned this afternoon and have been informed that this person is no longer employed there. These disgusting comments have no place in medicine or in our community.”
Baptist Health has confirmed that Lawler is no longer employed by the health system. They issued a statement to CBS12 News emphasizing the importance of professional standards in healthcare.
“The comments made in a social media video by a nurse at one of our facilities do not reflect our values or the standards we expect of healthcare professionals. Following a prompt review, the individual is no longer employed by our health system.”
The statement went on to say that while the hospital respects the right to personal opinions, “there is no place in healthcare for language or behavior that calls into question a caregiver’s ability to provide compassionate, unbiased care.”
The statement this ignoramus made is beyond disgusting. She has a deep-rooted case of TDS, and she is not fit to be anywhere near the nursing profession. If she can publicly post a statement this repulsive, should any Trump supporter trust her with their newborn infant?
This is the new Democrat party. They have no regard for rational thought and instead are motivated by and thrive on a seething hatred for anyone who disagrees with them.
That hatred is now clearly embedded in the health care industry, and it needs to be eliminated as soon as it exposes itself. The left wants to intimidate and dominate. They want everyone to fear what they will do if we don’t agree with them.
The Democrats have lost all touch with reality, and kowtowing to them only enflames their hatred. They need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, not every once in a while, but EVERY SINGLE TIME.
