What a Clown Show, Portland Police Chief Cries Over Thugs Involved With Vicious Gang, And Prostitution Ring
Portland never disappoints. It is a true circus, complete with some of the biggest clowns anywhere. There are many liberal cities in the U.S., and Portland ranks right near the top. They don’t stay in the headlines as consistently as some other radically run cities, because their location keeps them out of sight and out of mind, but when they do go over the edge, they do it in an embarrassingly bad way.
Who can forget the summer of 2020 when local police in Portland struggled to maintain order as protesters and rioters overtook the streets, prompting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to intervene?
Liberal public officials ignored the destruction and total chaos that unfolded in the city that summer, costing taxpayers millions of dollars in damages.
Earlier this week, Democrat ICE haters and leftist antagonists were at it again, which resulted in two of the thugs being shot. Neither was killed, but it was their own actions that put them in the hospital.
Almost immediately, the mayor of this leftist hellhole, Keith Wilson, issued a statement condemning ICE and sympathizing with the two illegals.
In the statement, Wilson totally ignores the truth that the driver was an illegal immigrant who is part of the vicious Tren de Aragua gang, or that the thug tried to use his truck to run over the officers. It also slipped his mind that Border Patrol agents were conducting a targeted stop of an illegal alien Venezuelan Tren de Aragua prostitution ring.
Wilson’s statement is pure fiction written from the viewpoint of a leftist mayor who has lost touch with reality. He is trying to paint a picture that does not exist.
As sickening as the mayor’s response was, the police chief, Bob Day, outdid him. This pansy actually cried over the fact that two criminals got what they deserved. For a minute, it looked like they were going to have to call his mommy to bring him his jammies and a blankey.
Seriously, what a disgusting display of phony emotion. This insincere clown isn’t fit to be the dog catcher, far less the police chief. It’s stunning that one city can have two elected officials who are so far out of touch with reality.
Before the phony tears began, this sad excuse for a police chief basically apologized for what took place.
“I want to speak for just a moment, specifically to my Latino community. It saddens me that we even have to qualify these remarks because I understand, or at least have attempted to understand through your voices, your concern, your fear, your anger.”
“This information, in no way, is meant to disparage or to condone or support or agree with any of the actions that occurred yesterday. But it is important that we stay committed to the rule of law, that we stay committed to the facts, that we stay a trustworthy and legitimate police department of all of Portlanders.”
He then reluctantly agreed that they were involved with TdA, stating:
Nino-Moncada and Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contrera have “some nexus to involvement” with TdA.
“We can confirm that.”
This is an example of a city getting exactly what it voted for. Leadership that is not only weak but also totally delusional. ICE is not the enemy of Portland or any city, and the fact that your mayor is lying to you and your crybaby police chief is afraid to enforce the law are dangerous signals for the city’s future.
Of course, if the voters don’t care, the people they elect won’t care either.
This makes Portland a prime place for rampant crime to develop in plain sight while everyone continues to delusionally deny it is happening.
