Wrecking Ball Trump Aims To Destroy Fake News CNN
The 282-page letter, rife with detail and exhibits, has been sent to CNN as a “Notice of Intent to Bring Civil Action for Defamation.”
Here is how it begins:
Pursuant to Florida Statute §770.01, this letter serves as formal notice of the false statements about President Donald J. Trump (“President Trump”) in numerous articles and televised transmissions published by Cable News Network, Inc. (“CNN”) including, but not limited to, those discussed below.
Readers likely will not read all 282 pages, but rest assured that this move by President Donald Trump is just the latest in an array that is taking direct aim at freedom’s enemies. First it was Hillary and a sprawling spotlight on many of the Deep State globalists, and now it is a lawsuit against CNN for defamation, one that is surely to open up the door to expose all of establishment media that serves as the degenerate megaphone of the New World Order.
He was and still is an absolute wrecking ball working with other world leaders across the planet to destroy the centuries-old Deep State. As I have argued time and time again, this is why they hate him so much and still are trying every tactic in the book to take him down or at least sway public opinion.
The obvious fact of the matter is that Trump fights for We the People. All one has to do is look at his enemies and the targets he fires at to recognize this clear reality.
One important point to remember is that win or lose in this lawsuit, moves like this get even more people talking about the most important items that need to be spread in this information war. It is the court of public opinion that matters in any revolution, not necessarily the courts that sometimes show how corrupt even they are.

I have notified CNN of my intent to file a lawsuit over their repeated defamatory statements against me. I will also be commencing actions against other media outlets who have defamed me and defrauded the public regarding the overwhelming evidence of fraud throughout the 2020 Election. I will never stop fighting for truth and for the future of our Country!
This just in: Biden didn’t get 81 million votes in 2020. Biden lost to Trump in an absolute landslide, a likely record-setting one.
And all of this will be coming out for all to see sooner rather than later. The good thing is that enough millions and millions of people across the planet have been following this story on their own for two years and already know the truth.
James Trusty, Trump’s attorney, estimated that CNN has aired these types of “defamatory comments” approximately 7,700 times. How that was calculated, I don’t know, but it obviously is an obscene number. On top of that, Trusty called on the outlet to “publish a full and fair correction, apology, or retraction” in all places, such as transcripts, articles, and broadcasts.
“Failure to publish such a correction, apology, or retraction will result in the filing of a lawsuit and damages being sought against you, CNN,” Trusty wrote.
One of the most recognizable aspects of this mass propaganda campaign was CNN’s ongoing obstinate insistence on the word “lies,” in particular the framing of Trump and his supporters’ claim of election fraud as the “Big Lie.”
“President Trump harbors a subjective belief that he was unfairly deprived of a second term in office. This is particularly valid in the context of an incumbent president receiving over 74 million votes, a record number for any Republican candidate in history,” Trusty wrote.
Record number for any Republican candidate in history. Record number for any incumbent candidate. But sleepy basement-ridden Joe who couldn’t fill a grass plot of white Covid circles at his gatherings allegedly outgained even fellow Democrat Barack Obama’s total of 69 million from 2008.

“By refusing to acknowledge President Trump could be correct or that he could genuinely believe his contention is correct,” Trusty continued, “CNN has willfully acted in disregard for the truth and has acted with reckless disregard for the truth. CNN’s relentless and willful campaign to brand President Trump a ‘liar’ and purveyor of the ‘Big Lie’ is defamatory in nature.”
It is worth noting that new CNN CEO Chris Licht has directed anchors to stop using this exact “Big Lie” phrase in an effort to appear more neutral to viewers. Still, here is one headline from two days ago that is simply laughable:

Of course, at the moment, the Left is also attacking Trump over the January 6 sham, which is hardly neutral. Thursday’s House committee was specifically investigating Trump’s “failure” to intervene in the “riot.” Just yesterday, Biden threw in his two cents.
“For three hours, the defeated former president of the United States watched it all happen as he sat in the comfort of the private dining room next to the Oval Office,” Biden said, in a taped message from the White House addressing the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives.
“While he was doing that, brave law enforcement officers were subject to the medieval hell for three hours.”
Again, if you believe that, I feel sorry for you. Here is a sliver of the actual truth, from former Department of Defense Chief of Staff Kash Patel, which has been available for anyone who cared to see it for weeks and weeks.
“President Trump, as you know, acted before January 6th to authorize the National Guard, as the law requires, and then there was no request coming in from the Capitol police, Mayor Bowser and Pelosi…. The law is crystal clear: an American President cannot deploy the United States military domestically. He cannot order that…”
It is and always was Mayor Bowser and Nancy Pelosi who refused the President’s offer of thousands of National Guard troops around the Capitol building.
Just like it is and always was a flat-out fraud on the American people that Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump in the 2020 election.
This, these, and so many other stories that have been coming out in droves this year is why this fall’s midterm elections are the most important in US history. I have absolutely zero doubt that the Red wave will be a complete destruction of the old guard, and not even CNN will be able to hide it. MSNBC, another tentacle of the Deep State media monster was, just yesterday, lamenting the fact that American Patriots are winning the information war, an inevitable triumph that will go down in history as the Great Awakening. Everything that was once conspiracy theory, like “groomer” and “Deep State” and “child trafficking,” is becoming just a normal aspect of the mainstream lexicon.
These people hate us. Have for quite a long time. But these people are the losers here in this battle for the soul of America, for the freedom of people across the world. And these people are slowly realizing that nothing can stop the Red storm that has them firmly in its sights.
May everyone named directly or referenced indirectly ask forgiveness and do penance for their sins against America and God. I fight this information war in the spirit of justice and love for the innocent, but I have been reminded of the need for mercy and prayers for our enemies.
