Feminist Misogyny Is Now Out Of Control

There is nothing more misogynist than denying the agency, competence and moral capacity of a woman ON THE BASIS OF HER SEX.

But that is precisely what the Lindsay Clancy, Christa Pike and Cornell University “gang rape” allegation stories have in common.

Lindsay Clancy is defended on the basis of a condition ostensibly induced by postpartum hormones. Nevermind that the hormonal aspects of pregnancy and childbirth have attended motherhood since the beginning of time. Nevermind that throughout history, many times more mothers have contended with hardships such as draught, famine, war-time, and poverty than have enjoyed an American middle-class lifestyle.

Yet Clancy, an upper middle-class, white suburban woman who had a spacious, single-family home, healthcare coverage, several docs, a nanny and an attentive husband, somehow had no choice but to methodically plan and execute the strangulation of her three children, according to members of her growing “fan club”.

In the case of demonic murderer, Christa Pike, social and institutional revulsion to the idea of executing a woman – no matter how heinous her crimes – contributed to the 3-decade delay in carrying out her sentence. In the meantime, she, too, has amassed a fan-base of apologists who deny her personal agency.

The Cornell University “gang rape” allegation takes denial of female competence to absurd extremes.

A female student showed up drunk to a frat party, snorted drugs off the nude bodies of the frat guys, invited them to snort drugs off of her nude body and willingly followed the boys into their bedroom.

In the days following this “party”, the girl told multiple peers AND a police officer that the sexual activity of that evening was consensual.

But AFTER being disinvited to a Halloween party hosted by the fraternity, the accuser decided, RETROACTIVELY, that the sex in which she engaged that night wasn’t consensual any more. She has accused 7 of the members with rape.

The “always believe the woman” crowd immediately pounced on an opportunity to recite their, “consent can be revoked at any time” mantra. No, ladies. AFTER THE FACT is too late. To attempt to “revoke” consent only weeks later is not “revoked consent” for an act already engaged willingly.

It’s just a lie.

Once again, Leftist ideologues demand that the woman be fully absolved of responsibility for her role in the events.

At what point, do the ideologues contend, did she relinquish agency? Does alcohol induce sex-seeking behavior over which women have no control?

Granted, the behavior of all involved is revolting. But if intoxication nullifies consent to sex, don’t all these reprobates have the same claim?

Or is female sex-seeking behavior, like the murder of one’s own children, induced by female hormones?

Would these people entertain such arguments offered by a male rape defendent? “My testosterone is so high I had to rape her.”

Nah, that’s not going to work. Nor should it.

To hold women to lower standards of self-control, moral capacity and personal agency is clear misogyny.
