  • Disarming the Left’s Judicial Weapons of Mass Destruction

    • No one except Trump has been prosecuted under New York Executive Law 63(12) in the absence of a victim or tangible damages. Prior to the Trump case, the law was used exclusively against those who defrauded a person or entity, resulting in real losses. For Engoron, and leftist New York Attorney General Letitia James, the absence of a victim in the Trump case didn’t matter. They simply wanted to hurt the former president financially and keep him off the campaign trail. If undecided voters chose not to vote for him based on the verdict, all the better.

  • The Left Sends a Strong Message to Rogue Billionaires

    • No one can say with certainty how Trump’s legal saga will end since it’s just really getting started. He still has the insurrection, documents and election interference cases pending. However, to any billionaire out there who thinks he’s going to buck the Deep State, I might think again. Remember, you may be filthy rich, but you’re facing an entity that has unlimited resources and a rabid, irrational dedication to the cause.

  • The DeSantis Campaign: A Postmortem

    • As early as June, I wondered out loud how DeSantis was going to be able to run a campaign that required him to walk on eggshells and thread the needle. Even DeSantis himself expressed concerns that he might “piss off all his (Trump’s) voters.” That’s one hell of a dilemma. Speak too softly, and no one will listen. Speak too loudly, and you’ll make a lot of enemies.
